Maker's Diet
The Main principle of this diet is to consume foods created by God and which is preserved in its natural form. In other words you should eat  non- processed foods.

Eat Smart
No matter how these diets claim to give you great results you shouldn't change your dietary lifestyle drastically without consulting your doctor.
