In spite of the fact that drinking immoderate amounts of alcohol can gain a lot of calories, French women think that it is degrading for a person to appear in such condition. The alcohol for them is only a compliment for food. Also they eat very slowly and don’t consume foods while watching TV or reading because it may lead to overeating.
French women don’t like to attend gym. Instead of exercising in gym they walk everywhere. They can walk from store to store and at the same time buy delicious food for dinner. French women don’t watch a lot of TV. They give the preference to walking or swimming after dinner. One of the main things that help them stay fit is that they adore make love.
