Also people who need to lose a lot of excess weight can’t manage to perform heavy exercises. It will take much time for you to work up to that one mile rather than trying to achieve it all at once.

If you haven’t found time to walk a mile during the day you can do your mile before the day is out. You should walk only when the weather is cool and avoid heat. It is necessary to drink some water for hydration.

To lose weight more quickly you can walk two miles per day and after that work it up to three.

Mental Activity
During Monday through Friday you can do your favorite hobby. Try to put together puzzles, play on the net, quilt, sew, paint, read, watch TV. Do everything that you enjoy the most. This will keep your mind off the refrigerator and you will do what you like. Try to keep your snacks for the day and eat them during your Mental Activity time.

Fluids & Beverages
Drink enough fluid during the day. It should comprise about 8 cups of water, and even more if the weather is very hot. You may take diet sodas if you like or water with lemon and no calorie sweetener or tea with no calorie sweetener or Crystal Light. You can have any diet drink throughout the day which contains not more than 20 calories per serving. Water can be the main fluid for you.

Additives
You may add very small amount of sugar if you don’t like sugar substitutes. The same rule concerns the usage of butter. You can make your meals more delicious if you put some catchup, mustard, horseradish, peppers and low calorie sauces.  The main item is not to cross A-I-P and take additives with minimal calories.

The Weekend
If you want to lose weight during weekend you mustn’t eat anything you want during these two days. Also, it is not necessary to count every gram of fat, carb and every calorie in your foods. You should take three meals and two snacks per day. Your meal course need to contain single serving and you should avoid foods you can eat joints.  Don’t overeat and take the essential amount of food. It won’t be profitable for you if you gain the weight back. On Monday you should return to your diet plan refreshed, sharp and renewed.
