It is a common thing when you hit the bricks throughout the week from Monday till Friday but on weekend you don’t have a wish to follow your diet. You are exhausted, don’t have energy and don’t want to do anything. At weekend you like to watch TV, play video games, go shopping and dining somewhere. The biggest danger of a two-day Diet Reprieve is that during these two days the dieter will replace the diet by the Land of Milk and Honey Buns and will never follow the diet plan again. If this case is close for you then you shouldn’t choose the Weekender Diet.

If your main goal is to lose weight and maintain it afterwards then the Weekender Diet can be a great choice for you. It is recommended to ask the doctor’s advice before you follow any diet plan.

The basis of the Weekender Diet Plan is the Food Pyramid.This diet includes about 1,350 calories per day. If your goal is to shed more than 50 pounds your daily calorie consumption can be increased to 1,500 calories.

Physical Exerecises

Before the menu is introduced you should consider the importance of the physical exercises. It will be useful to walk at least one mile from Monday till Friday. You need to take a pedometer.You can buy it for three dollars at your local Wal-Mart, sport's center or dollar store.  Put it on before your morning walk.

It should be mentioned that walking is more beneficial when it is performed all in one timeframe. But it was noticed that very often training becomes the main reason for people to quit their weight loss program.
