He asked his clients to eat five times a day and perform a short workout and they managed to achieve great weight loss results.

1) 5 meals per day: It has been already proved that people usually gain extra weight when they snack between meals. However if you eat 5 times a day you will be able to eliminate cravings and the resulting snacking. Each meal course includes 300 calories and it is possible to take two snacks of 200 extra calories on top of that.

2) 5 ingredient meals: Each of the meal consists of only 5 ingredients and it takes 5 minutes to prepare it. These meals are low-fat and contain a small amount of calories. 

3) 5 minute workouts: Exercising at a stretch can be very hard for most dieters. But the 5-factor diet can help solve this problem by reducing the amount of time spent on workouts. According to this diet you should do 5 minute workouts 5 times per day. Your workout will be more effective if you do exercises for shorter periods of time than spending hours at the gym.

4) 5 cheat days in 5 weeks: More than 90% of people who want to lose excess weight give up their diet because it is too strickt. It you follow the 5-factor diet you will have one cheat day per week when you are allowed to eat your favorite foods.
